Text messages we send

When you book an appointment on our website, you give us your mobile number so we can text you about that appointment. We send a one-time verification code to confirm your number, plus appointment notices — a confirmation, a reschedule or decline notice, or a cancellation — for that booking. These messages are transactional — we never send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent, frequency & cost

When you submit a booking, we text you a verification code and appointment notices (confirmation, reschedule, decline, or cancellation) for that booking. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency is limited to your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

How we protect your information

We use your mobile number only to contact you about your appointments. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
